Why Should You Listen to Me?

I’ve started my life and my business from scratch in four different countries. 

Each time, I had to rebuild everything: my network, my credibility, and my confidence. 

In 2011, I launched my first business, a translation company in Ukraine where I was born. With a Master’s in Education and Translation Studies, it was the obvious choice. But I quickly realized I loved the business side more than the work itself. Marketing. Growth. Strategy. That’s what lit me up.

Three years later, my husband, our then three-year old daughter and I moved to Canada and had to start over. I started volunteering at the Ukrainian-Canadian legal aid clinic where I met an immigration lawyer whom I helped market the legal aid clinic and then his own practice which launched my second business: a marketing agency that helped lawyers grow their practices. I also worked in-house at a major business law firm and gained a whole new perspective.

In 2023, we (plus our then one-year old son) moved again, this time to the U.S. and launched my third business, Ethos Leads, where I help solo and small law firm owners market themselves ethically and effectively. 

And this year, because of my husband's work, we moved to the Netherlands, where I’m now building Ethos Leads’ European presence while continuing to serve my North American clients.
