I’ve built businesses in three different countries. 

I was born in Ukraine, that’s why I have an accent. It is a reminder of where I come from and the grit it took to get here. 

With a Master’s in Education and Translation Studies, I started my first business—a translation company—15 years ago. I quickly realized I loved business and marketing more than doing the translations myself, so I shifted my focus to marketing and growing my business.

Ten years ago, my family and I immigrated to Canada, where I used my business and marketing expertise to start a marketing company for lawyers. I worked with law firms of all sizes, helping them attract more clients and grow their practices. 

Two years ago, we immigrated again—this time to the U.S.—and I founded Ethos Leads, a marketing agency dedicated to helping lawyers ethically and effectively attract high-quality clients.
